December 2025 Mission Report: Serving in Sri Lanka
On Dec. 18, 2025, a group of 18 Americans boarded a plane and began their travels to the other side of the world. Their goal: to serve the FCC Reformed Protestant Mission in Sri Lanka by participating in and helping facilitate church events and activities for the young people there.
December 18–30, 2025 Mission Trip: Northern Sri Lanka
The opportunities for service this December include ministering within the Reformed Protestant Mission at a youth conference, as well as laboring in and around the various church buildings and congregants’ homes as needed. Lord willing there will also be many spiritual opportunities of sowing good seed amongst our Sri Lankan brothers and sisters as we seek to build one another up in our most holy faith and labor for that which perishes not (Jude 1:20, John 6:27).
Where language is limited, the gospel still speaks
Following Rev. Parthee’s visit to the States in August 2024, Arise and Thresh directors Caleb Fithian and Caleb Reeder visited the Reformed Protestant Mission in Sri Lanka to see what a 2025 group mission trip might entail.
