Our Mission
Why We Go:
Christ has commanded His church to bear witness of His gospel among the nations. “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15). We long to see the name of Christ exalted in every place, and to strengthen His people where the Lord opens a door.
We go, not trusting in our strength, but in the promise that the Lord Himself goes before us. “For the LORD your God is he that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you” (Deuteronomy 20:4). Our confidence is that His Word will not return void, but will accomplish His purpose (Isaiah 55:11).
How We Serve:
Our mission work is not about replacing the ministry of the local church, but about supporting and encouraging it. Scripture tells us, “Let all things be done unto edifying” (1 Corinthians 14:26). Whether through teaching, fellowship, or practical helps, our aim is always to strengthen Christ’s body in ways that build up, not burden, the local believers.
On our trips, worship remains central. We are convinced that public worship is the highest expression of Christian obedience, and from it flows every other act of service. As the psalmist declares: “I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee” (Psalm 22:22).
Our Manner of Service:
As young people and students, we take seriously the call to devote our strength to Christ while it is yet fresh. We remember Solomon’s charge: “Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth” (Ecclesiastes 12:1). Bearing the yoke early, we seek to serve with humility, gladness, and dependence upon the Spirit of God.
We do not pretend that the work is easy. Yet, by God’s grace, we desire to press on faithfully. “Be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might” (Ephesians 6:10). Our prayer is that in all our labor, Christ would be magnified, and His people encouraged to stand fast in Him.
A Call to Join Us:
The work of missions is never the work of one, but of many hands joined together in Christ. Some are called to go, some to give, and all are called to pray. “Brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified” (2 Thessalonians 3:1).
We invite you to join in this labor. Pray that Christ would be exalted and His church built up. Consider supporting the work, that nothing may hinder the gospel’s advance. And, if the Lord so leads, come with us — for the fields are white already to harvest (John 4:35).
