Arise & Thresh is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of South Carolina. We have submitted our application for recognition as a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. While our application is under IRS review, contributions are still welcome and, if our application is approved, will be retroactively tax-deductible to the date of our incorporation. We will notify all donors immediately once our determination letter is received.
